What are your business hours? If you need to reach me, I am open Monday - Fri from 10am-5pm. I do accept bookings before or after those hours though! I typically spend 10am-5pm processing images, updating my website and scouting for new business!
When will I receive my images? I can have your images delivered to you, via email; between 1-3 business days.
Do you deliver every image you shoot? I'll usually deliver 7-15 images after a family portrait session.
Do you provide Videography Services? Yes! I provide videography services for weddings and events. Contact me for further inquiries!
Do you do destination shoots? Absolutely! If you would like for me to photograph your destination wedding or if you would like to do a destination session please contact me for rates!
Do you shoot in Jpeg, Small Raw or large Raw? I shoot in both Raw and Large Jpeg to ensure I can process images efficiently!
Do you shoot quinceneras, bah mistvas or corporate events? Yes! Please feel free to contact me if you're needing an event covered.
Do you do headshots, individual portraits, family portraits, newborn shoots or product photography? Yes! I actually specialize in portraiture so I'd love to create images with you and or your family.
How do I book a photoshoot with you? If you would like to book a session with me, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide me with some basic information such as, what the occasion is, your desired session date and any other specifics that I should know.
How far in advance do I need to book with you? All of my bookings must be made at least one month in advance. What is your philosophy regarding photography?
What is your photography style?
My venue is dark, would you be able to work in low light settings? I am able to work in low light settings by utilizing my speedlight (an external on camera flash).
What type of camera and equipment do you use? I am currently using a Canon 5D Mark IV along with a wide variety of Canon Lenses. I will however rent equipment based on the needs of each job.
Do you have a backup camera? Yes! My backup camera is a Canon 5D Mark II
Post Production Questions
Do you touch up, edit or photoshop all of the images you give to your clients? All of the images I deliver are processed and stylized according to my own style.
What do you mean by "Processing" the images? In order for the image to be delivered, it must go through a process which includes exposure adjustments, color correction, minor touchup correction, resizing etc.
What constitutes as a minor touchup? A minor touchup would be something like removing a blemish or two on someones face or removing something such as a obvious piece of lint on someones shirt.
Business Insurance and Image backup questions
Do you backup our images? How can you insure that our images wont be lost? Your images are cataloged and backed up on a hard drive immediately preceding the session. They're then backed up again and stored in a fireproof safe within a vault. The finalized images from the session are also stored in the cloud, ensuring that there are 3 copies of your images at all times. This ensures that your images will never be lost and that they can be retrieved for you at anytime in the event you need the files again.
Do you have liability insurance?
How do I set up an appointment to meet you in person? If you would like to setup an appointment with me in person, you can reach out to me via email so that we can make arrangements to meet.
We are very busy and wont be able to meet. What are our other options? If you're unable to meet in person, please email me so that we can make arangements for a skype meeting!
Payment and Tax questions
How do I reserve you for my photo session? If I cancel the scheduled shoot, will I receive my deposit back? If you cancel your scheduled shoot, you will not receive your deposit back. In the event you cancel before one week of your session, you will not be required to pay the remanding 50% of your session. You're more than welcome to reschedule with me in the event you are no longer able to maintain your original booking date.
If I pay in cash, will I be able to avoid paying sales tax? No. Taxes will be collected upon every transaction.
